Thor 2 Update of the Day: Marvel Studios has tapped Chuck star Zachary Levi to take over the role of Fandral in Thor 2. Josh Dallas originally played the Asgard warrior, but network obligations with ABC’s original series Once Upon A Time rendered him unavailable to continue the role. Production is scheduled to begin on the sequel in July, featuring Chris Hemsworth, Natalie Portman, Idris Elba and Anthony Hopkins.
